Attention 8th graders – CHS is accepting applications for its summer enrichment program. If you are interested in taking classes in digital photography, technology, art, or health and nutrition check out the flyer in the main office or you can view it on Edline. This is a wonderful summer opportunity, but seats are limited – so sign up now.

8th Graders....the Washington DC DVD is now on sale! They are $5-you can purchase one from Mrs. Manczak Rm 123. Get yours today as they are a one time special created by Chad Therrian & Jacob Kaufman :)

The Miss Bay County Scholarship Program is accepting contestant applications for its Miss Bay County Pageants. The information flyers are in the Main Office. This program is open to students age 6 through 24 years of age in six different competition age groups.

All interested 6th and 7th graders that are planning on playing a fall sport next year for the Handy Wildcats, we are going to have an informational meeting ( summer programs, next year info) on Wednesday June 2nd @ 1:45 PM in the auditorium. Please plan accordingly.

Saginaw Valley State University will be hosting summer sports camps for Boy’s Basketball, Girl’s Basketball, Football, Boy’s Soccer, Girl’s Soccer, and Volleyball. For more information see the flyers outside the Main Office or see Mr. Toyzan in the Athletics Office.

Attention ALL Students: The Fantastics! Program is a youth development program which offers enrichment opportunities through Delta College. The program offers challenging as well as fun and exciting classes for children and young adults. For more information, see your grade level counselor or visit the website at www.delta.edu/fantast.

Students Ages 8 – 17: Bay City Players Stages of Discovery announces auditions for their upcoming production of “The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood” on Tuesday, June 15th and Wednesday, June 16th . Auditions will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the BC Player Theater located at 1214 Columbus Avenue. Please arrive early to fill out audition forms. Not a budding actor? Youth are also needed to work lighting, sound, backstage, costumes and publicity. Several parent volunteers are also needed. Edline

Our official rollout of Edline has taken place and it went exceptionally well.  Parent and student access codes were handed out during parent/teacher conferences and students were introduced to the site in their computer classes.  If you did not receive a code or need ANY assistance with Edline, please do not hesitate to call the school for assistance.
